2026 Updates at The Roost
We’re making a few important updates to our rewards program, discounts, and policies. Please take a moment to review the changes below so you’re in the loop before your next visit. We’re so excited to be adding texting to our capabilities. Soon you’ll be able to text us questions and photos of furniture! We’re super excited.
Reward Points Update:
The Roost Home
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
- Receive $10 off once you reach 500 points
The Roost Clothing Store
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
- Receive $5 off once you reach 250 points
Important Change – Effective March 1
Reward points, store credit, and consignor payouts will no longer be shared between store locations.
This means:
- Points earned at The Roost Clothing must be redeemed at The Roost Clothing.
- Points earned at The Roost Home must be redeemed at The Roost Home.
- Consignor payouts must be picked up at the store location where items were sold.
Consigners: 2026 Contract Agreement
All consigners with an account must review the updated 2026 Consignment Agreement through the Consigner Access Portal.
Before your next appointment:
- Please print and sign the agreement

You may:
- Email or text signed contracts
- Send photos of furniture for review
- Contact us directly with questions
This number will also serve as a second direct landline for the store.
Discount Policy Updates
Please review the following updates to our discount structure:
Cash Discount
- We will no longer offer 10% off with cash on Fridays
- We will continue to offer 5% off with cash every day of the week
- Debit cards do not qualify as cash
Senior & Student Discount
- 15% off on Wednesdays
- Applies to original price items only
- Cannot be combined with already discounted merchandise
- Does not apply to furniture
Furniture Discount
- 10% off furniture on Thursdays
- Applies to original price items only
- Does not apply to sale items
