Thank You for 11 Amazing Years!

We can’t thank you enough for supporting The Roost over the past 11 years. Whether you’ve been shopping, consigning, or just cheering us on, we wouldn’t be here without you. And now, we have some BIG news to share—The Roost is growing! We will be opening one more location in Suttons Bay, MI. This upcoming addition will happen this January.

A New Nest for Clothing and Accessories

We’re thrilled to announce a new location! Just down the street, on the other side of the Dalzell Dairy Ice Cream Shop, we’ll be opening a space dedicated entirely to clothing, accessories, and jewelry—for both men and women. This expansion lets us give these items the spotlight they deserve.

Home Goods Galore

Our current location will become a haven for home goods and furniture. With double the space, we’ll be able to offer even more unique finds. If you’re looking to consign furniture, now is the perfect time. We’ll need lots of fabulous pieces to fill this expanded space!

We’ve made some updates to our consignor agreement form, so please take a moment to review the changes next time you’re in the store.

Starting January 1st: We will be closed Sunday-Tuesday and open Wednesday-Saturday at both locations 10am-5pm.

Scheduling Updates

Good news: our online scheduling system is working like a charm! We’re so grateful for your patience and willingness to give it a try. If online scheduling isn’t your thing, no worries—you can always call or visit us to book an appointment.

Seasonal Notes

  • We’ll continue accepting holiday décor through the second week of December.
  • January will be our last month taking appointments for clothing and accessories for a little while. We’ll pause for about 4-6 weeks as we transition to the new location.
  • During the winter, we’ll still accept furniture and home goods for consignment, so keep those items coming!
